The company was founded in 1998 with Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Resorts as our first client. IRM was contracted to sell Ritz-Carlton's Reward products to incentive buyers. Our first meeting client was a national association based out of Washington DC. Today, that client is still our largest customer. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, IRM currently plans over 40 conferences and events each year for national associations, corporations, non-profits and special events like the Hilton Head Island Concours d'Elegance and Motoring Festival. That first meeting client... today we are considered a part of their team.
Our approach to working with clients as a partner leads to lasting relationships with their attendees, vendors and sponsors. It's not unusual to see one of our team exchanging books with the spouse of a board member or working until midnight with a speaker on tomorrow's presentation. Service is a 24/7 business for the IRM team.

Not too many professional planners can say they studied this career in college. Sarah can...her degree is in Hospitality and Recreation Management. That degree led to work with some of the nation's finest hotel companies like Fairmont Hotels, Ritz-Carlton Hotels & Resorts as well as Hyatt Hotels. Her experience as a sales director provided the foundation for win-win contract negotiations. In addition, her knowledge of hotel, resort and restaurant operations allows her to understand the needs of staff at all types of facilities. She trains her team at IRM to find solutions when challenges are presented based upon experience and sound industry knowledge.
